Well I am in a very edgy mood so I thought I'd compose some outfits where it would be possible to be expressive but to still look fashionable. The first would be a black turtleneck tucked into black leather jeans with some sort of brown nerdy shoe, such as a loafer. The trashy jeans and the nerdy shoe mix to a very angry vibe :P. A LARGE black jacket that goes atleast halfway down your thigh would add a sort of introvertedness that is crucial for an 'angry look.'
I think black and white is pretty fierce too. So in my second outlet there would be black pointy boots. Probably be an ankle boot, just a personal vendetta against high black boots. Onward... I would add white jeans but make the rest of the outfit black. Black victorian top with an oversized black blazor.

Epiphany?
I don't know, lately I am on sort of an antimaterialism crusade and hopefully this isn't a phase. So I am considering going to a fashion school and use math and stuff as a fall back thingy. I guess this anti materialism crusade has inspired me to be a hippie dreamer rather than practicle. So I don't know.
Spring is in the air (in a few months)

White+ Nerdy
White and nerdy is a style that has defiantly been skipped over. And I pretty much love it :).
Tops:

A plain 'ol white blouse.

a dramatic turtleneck :)
Bottoms:
Nothing says white and nerdy like a long pencil skirt.

or some country club shorts :)

Shoes:
I'd choose loafers for a focal piece (like the ones below from Nordstrom) but otherwise the ever so versatile flats work. :D

Accesories can be anything from suspenders, ties (worn correclty and incorrectly) and headbands. Also black rimmed glasses :D

10 Styles That Should Die.
Well I am truly an advocate for the whole don't hate on other people's clothes and label them things such as 'no' and 'hideous.' But these are my personal opinions and if you like stuff I show, hey more power to you... I just don't.
1.) Pefectly Matching. If you are wearing a yellow shirt, don't flip out... you can wear red shoes, even if there is no red in your shirt. I am feeling this new care free look. To tell you the truth, sometimes my sources of matching and layering come from not wanting to put the first shirt I tried on back in my closet :X.
2.) T-Shirts that say something like 'angel' or some funny punch-line. I mean they are cool if you are just lounging around the house (to me) but throwing them in with some tight flared jeans and 80 dollar Nikes rapes it, although I do like the Life Is Good Stuff.
3.) Super tight jeans. Not that I prefer loose jeans... but some people are painful to watch. In middle school I was convinced I was a size 3, even a size 1... but it took me FOREVER to put on jeans. I've finally happily accepted I'm a size 5. :)
4.) Jean mini+ leggings. Yes, I know... I wore it last year all the time. But I am not sure why I did. I don't know, it's sort of a crazy style until everyone does it. Then it just is everyone doing something crazy :P. I'm not against a buncha people being into one thing and everything I mean whatever, but just something that doesn't make sense and doesn't go together is too much, in my opinion, for everyone to where.
5.) Multi-colored hair. I know many people rock multi-colored hair and do it to express themselves and not neccesarily to be 'fashionable,' but when it is meant to be a beauty statement, I just can't stand it. Like the big chunky highlights. *Shivers.*
6.) Largely ripped and shredded jeans. Yet another crazy style that was abused, lol. Enough said.
7.) Birkenstocks. I don't know... they just remind me of a suck up :D
8.) Sequens. To me, they scream 'I'm so cheap and gaudy... I CAN'T WAIT UNTIL HALLOWEEN!!!'
9.) Those stupid flip flop things with sequens.
Same reason above.
10.) The cardigan. It's just a trend I've never liked... again with the overdone crazy. I like the grandma style and all... but it's a big overused?

Dresses
Dresses are pretty much ignored. They are currently just for formal events, or should I say 'dressy' ones. I think they should evolve into a more casual thing. Ones with bold patterns and a care-free feel. I mean everywhere I walk, all everyone wears is jeans. Nothing wrong with jeans, but it gets a bit dull :X. Here are some I love <3<3
